I go online and login to myQNAPcloud and the infamous "Please install the CloudLink QPKG" statement comes up when I try to get to the next step of install. Installed the hardware, installed the firmware, clicked "Cloud Installation" and entered the appropriate Cloud Key and go through the account set-up process. Click Network Connections and double click the icon for your network connection. Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections in the Category view or go to Network Settings > Control Panel in the Classic view. With Qfinder Pro, you will never need to. I went through the set-up scenario as prescribed by QNAP. Make sure your NAS and the PC are connected to the network correctly.
